0.7mm (22 gauge) Galvanized sheet steel of thickness with continuous external grew on either edges to provide extra rigidity and spot welded at the joints.

Blades

0.9mm (20gauge) galvanized sheet steel of thickness.

Axles

8mm Square galvanized steel.

Bushes

Nylon.

Quadrant

Heavy gauge galvanized steel with position indications Shut, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4,Open.

Gasket

Neoprene/Foam/Silicone Rubber Gasket*

Jamb Seal

0.3mm thick Stainless spring steel

Optional Construction
